More About Fresh Start

Love INC seeks to meet as many needs as possible through our own resources, but we are also happy to use and refer clients to ministries of the local community who come along side us in our effort to help people in need. We have 2 primary “gap” ministries that fill in the gaps that Love INC has in its service to clients which are food and clothing vouchers to the Hospice of East Texas Thrift Store and the Harvest House Food Pantry. These vouchers are available through our application and you can click here to apply.

More About Fresh Start

Fresh Start is a comprehensive partnership between Love INC, the neighbor, and our church & community partners designed to remove barriers, build stability, and support long-term transformation. By working together across multiple areas of life—such as housing, employment, finances, education, and spiritual growth—we walk alongside neighbors as they pursue their goals and take steps towards transformation. Here is how it works: Step 1: Apply & Connect- You can apply at our office or via this application. Step 2: Build a Plan- Work with our staff to make an action plan based on your goals. Step 3: Access Support- Utilize the Connection Center at Love INC to get connected with resources to help you along the way. Step 4: Walk together towards transformation- Regular check-ins to stay in communication, provide support, accountability, and celebrate progress along the way.

About the Warehouse

The warehouse is one of our largest and most active ministries. Run by Chris & Adrian, the warehouse is full of furniture and household items which are donated and then given right back out to our clients. We collect everything from dishes and pans for the kitchen to dining tables, shelves, and lamps. You name it, we probably have it. We do not take large appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.), mattresses, or baby beds, however we do purchase brand new mattresses for anyone who needs them.
