Love INC’s annual Back to School program to help families in Nacogdoches County with new shoes, socks and clothing for the upcoming school year is open! To apply, fill out the form below, attach the needed paperwork, and make sure to hit submit. Your children must be enrolled in a Nacogdoches County school to qualify for this program. If you aren’t able to submit the paperwork here, please email your documents to happy@loveincnac.org.

You MUST fill out this form and turn in ALL paperwork by July 27, 2026.

Needed Paperwork:

- Photo ID for all adults
- Proof of all income for your household
- Child’s last report card that shows Nacogdoches County Address & School
